The English Country Dance is a delight for all ages as well as a dance for the ages. Under the dulcet directing of our dance caller, we shall be joining hands and circling left with chortling cohorts, right-arm swinging with cheeky chums, and loosening our feet to line dances smoother than Kevin Bacon ever could.
Through all the spins, promenades, and endless 8-count circles, you will find that your face aches from smiling ever so widely, your calves sing from jolly successive steps, and your heart is overflowing with the joy of knowing and being known by vibrant humans you gathered with for a good time.
Dress code is anything from jeans and tee shirts to Regency gowns, and, so long as you forward your headcount, this invite is open to any of your acquaintances!
Bring a snack to share with the masses, your best dancing shoes, and a will to party like it is 1577 — we eagerly anticipate your affable presence!
